Luxury Living on Lake Oconee

Robert introduced us to real estate in the Lake Oconee area several years ago. Since that time, we have bought two homes and a lot, using Robert as our agent. Robert is a full service broker, who makes sure all details are taken care of, especially those that someone new to the area may not think of, such as septic systems and old wells. He knows who to call and has relationships with trustworthy service providers in the area. We have bought and sold many homes in different parts of the country, and Robert is at the top in his business in terms of knowledge and service to his clients.

Robert was amazing! I have bought and sold over 20 homes and this last purchase shows why you need to select an exceptional agent not just a good agent. We were confronted with a listing agent that was very difficult to work with and even after we were under contract threatened a seller default in an attempt to modify the agreed upon contract terms. Robert “educated” the listing agent on the consequences of initiating a seller default and we were able to close. Choosing the right agent really matters!
